Muhammad Arslan Abdul Rauf founded ThunderMind Tech in 2019 to do one thing well: give ambitious teams access to senior engineering without the overhead of hiring it.
Today it's a partnership between two co-founders — university fellows who both write code. Together we've delivered 200+ projects across Upwork and direct clients, from large-scale data pipelines to enterprise SaaS and AI products, and built products of our own. Every client works directly with the people building their product.
