Web data you can build a business on.
We design, run and maintain crawling pipelines that deliver clean, validated data on schedule — and keep delivering when target sites change.
- need data from dozens to hundreds of sources
- have scrapers that break and nobody owns them
- need the data inside your warehouse, not a CSV inbox
- want someone accountable for freshness and accuracy
Scraping is easy. Keeping it running is the job.
Silent breakage
A site changes a class name and your dataset quietly fills with nulls for two weeks before anyone notices.
Blocks and bans
Rate limits, CAPTCHAs and fingerprinting turn a weekend script into a permanent firefight.
Messy output
Duplicates, mixed currencies and inconsistent units mean analysts clean data instead of using it.
A pipeline, not a script.
Every project follows the same architecture, so each stage can be monitored, retried and swapped on its own.
- Sourcessites, APIs, sitemaps, feeds
- CrawlScrapy / Playwright spiders on Scrapyd
- Accessproxy rotation, Zyte, back-off
- Validateschema checks, dedupe, normalise
- StoreBigQuery, Postgres, S3
- DeliverAPI, dashboard, scheduled export
Monitoring runs across every stage: item counts, field fill-rates and error spikes alert us before they reach your data.
Deliverables, not just code.
- Source audit
- Feasibility, volume and access risk for each target before we write a line.
- Data contract
- An agreed schema, refresh frequency and quality thresholds, in writing.
- Production spiders
- Tested, versioned crawlers in your repository, deployable with one command.
- Quality monitoring
- Dashboards and alerts for coverage, freshness and field-level fill rates.
- Clean delivery
- Straight into your warehouse, bucket or API — normalised and deduplicated.
- Maintenance SLA
- Breakages fixed within 24 hours on a monthly retainer.

We collect publicly available data only, review each target's terms with you before building, crawl at respectful rates, and never collect personal data without a lawful basis you confirm.
Before you ask.
- What happens when a site changes?
- Monitoring flags it, usually within the next run. On a retainer we patch and redeploy within 24 hours; otherwise we quote the fix.
- Can you handle JavaScript-heavy sites and logins?
- Yes — Playwright for rendered pages and authenticated sessions you are entitled to access, with credentials kept in your secret store.
- Who pays for proxies and infrastructure?
- You own the accounts and pay providers directly, so there's no markup and nothing breaks if we part ways.
- How fast can we get a first dataset?
- For a handful of sources, a sample dataset typically lands within 3 days of kickoff.
